2026 Stanford-SLAC CryoEM Center Data Processing Workshop
The Stanford-SLAC CryoEM Center (S2C2) is hosting a focused, hybrid workshop from December 9 - 11, 2026, for our colleagues interested in the topics of single-particle cryoEM and CryoET data processing, with a particular focus on heterogeneity analysis--one of the most challenging aspects for cryoEM practitioners. Invited experts in the field will demonstrate the fundamentals of 3D reconstruction, application of different software packages, discuss recent methodological developments, and provide insights into future directions.
Registration is currently opened and will close on October 2, 2026, as part of the registration, you must fill out our conference access form and be approved to be eligible to attend both onsite or via Zoom.
